The conversion was made out of several Gw bitz, but the main parts are a Warp Lightning Cannon, a Corpse Cart and a Skull Cannon of Khorne.

The pile of dead bodies at the rear feed the living cannon, while a single Bloodletter pulls it along while the higher ranked Bloodletter commands the actions.

The Armour of this Bloodletters shoulders and legs are moulds taken from the Skullcrushers of Khorne kit.
